Can anyone advise where I can but premade wire where the nr is 0.2mm wire. The couple of sites I've found don't specify and the stuff I've bought from one vendor is too thick at 0.25mm I think.

I don't know the diameter of the wires that I buy from Billy at Grey Haze but I have used them with no problems on the Diver, Ithaka and iAtty.

Thanks shiny, I compared the grey haze wires I bought to those in my replacement ceramics and the grey haze is definitely thicker nr. I compared the pre built coils to my 0.2 kanthal and it's the same. I'm therefore sure my Sophia issues are due to the thicker wire in the positive pin.

You could run the edge of a knife blade across the end of the wire that folds into 510 end of the ceramic cup to slim it down to 0.2mm?

A lot of NR/Res pre mades are .25 on the No res sections. Easier to weld and less resistance. (Even No res has a little resistance) I think Grey Haze use .2 or .22 on the no res.

Yep I was thing about doing something like that but longer term wanted 0.2 premade.

Greg I don't know about the Sophia, but in the past I have recoiled my Diver using only 0.2 mm Kanthal resistance wire and I found no noticeable difference in performance ... the relatively short legs on the coil cause negligible voltage drop.

Strange no one sells 0.2, maybe I'll just get one of Mevs zappers and some 0.2 from vape mesh company then I can give microcoils a go in Sophia and maybe even cotton wool
