This thing leaks like mad!!! I'm fed up blowing up its infeed tube, it's air tube, up and down it's pipe! The bloody thing keeps raining my carefully made juice on my mitts and it's getting on my tits! I'm going back to cartos, this thing makes me want to farto, it rains juice like a rain cloud set loose! It vapes like a demon when not pissing, the vapor I'm not missing, but for vapes sake stop leakin! Or I'll chuck you away in the sh*tcan!

I've blown up the air pipe, the inlet pipe, the smoke pipe, and it still rains like a bugger. It's screwed up tighter than a gnat's chuff.

Top o ring is the likely candidate.
Either that or you're not filling it correctly

Mine has never leaked, not one drop. Double check o-rings and center pins. The only other reason i can think of is its flooding, maybe sucking too hard with the coil wrapped too tight and the juice stopping then dripping down the airhole or not enough wicking around the juice vents.
Try a mirocoil with cotton wick.

What juice are you using in it? What coil are you using in it? How old is it?

If you don't want it can I volunteer to take it off your hands?

Check the junction between the combustion chamber chimney and the steel section at the top of the tank. There should be a tiny O-ring at the junction - if it is missing or badly damaged then the Kayfun will leak like a sieve!
If it's a 3.1 then also check the filling valve. You can backflush it with water if it's stuck - just fill a filling bottle with warm water and put the tip in the hole where juice emerges when filling. When you fill 'pulse' the juice in (squeeze and release the filling bottle multiple times) let the filling bottle suck the valve closed at the end of filling, and always leave some air gap in the tank.

I have to tell you Dave, its you. Unless you have a damaged Kayfun leaking is caused by user error. I have 3 of the buggers and the only leaking problems i have ever had have been caused by either my bad coils, flooding caused by me or as several people have mentioned that damned O ring on the chimney. you should have a spare O ring with your kit so changeit and see how it goes, and when filling , take your time as leaks are usually caused by air pressure problems in the Kayfun. when you get it right though it is so worth it. Persevere buddy.

Got to agree with griffon10 here Dave........Never had any problems with mine.....as said, how are you wick & coiling it?....i would have agreed that otherwise, it's a faulty or missing seal. Persevere with it, because, in my opinion, they cannot be beat.....

Thanks for the tips, I'll have a look at the coil and orings. It's a microcoil with cutting wule (tm VTTV), might be time to rewick it.
