There's very few VG based ones and that tends to be specified if it is.

That's normally about right, unless you're mixing something particularly strong, like liquorice or aniseed, then 15% is likely to blow your head off!

I have a feeling that I read that Capella Isn't as strong as some concentrates so may need to start at 15 and go up.

15-20% is good for most ' regular ' flavours that I've tried Lal . . . if you start at the lower percentage then it's easy enough to pop a little more in without affecting your overall nic strength too much, if you find it's not quite intense enough for your tastes.
