Hi it was 18mg, I have a sample of 18mg menthol coming not sure if the headache is vaping related or about returning to work related, I do know that polish made lemon e juice tastes like fairy liquid so dont do it kids.

I drink like a toddler, so constantly lol, hot water in pint mug and pints of tea dehydration is not something I suffer from (my boss and hubband take the mick but used to have crudy kidneys the doc I saw told me to look at toddlers and the amount they drink thats what adults should do. It works)

They came with the kit, so wont be freshly made it wasn't too bad to start with flavour has actually got more chemically/soapy/fairy like *shudder*

At least I have learnt two things I dont like polish lemon e juice and this forum is ace.
