I've got some Boge carts and i've had them for a week, rotating 5 of them. This morning I got a spark hit my tongue, would this be a battery problem or is the cart broke?

Did you see the spark or did you just get a burning sensation? It was probably a splash or red hot juice

Yes I have 2 drip tips and I use them all the time unless I use my clearomizers as for some reason they don't fit on there.

You are doing the right thing then, the carto's can get very hot sometimes.
Like Curtis said, it will most likely be juice that you got on your tongue.
Once the carto stops delivering decent flavour (when topped up), I would swap for another.

It happens to me now and again nat, usually when I over fill a carto even using a drip tip, I wouldn't worry to much about I

I'm going to start a thread about drip-tips for clearos. Hope your tongue isn't still sore, Monster - it can take ages for tongues to recover. Kiss it better *eek* scylla

No Nat, we wouldn't want you to spontaneously combust.

Nat,, agrees with Curtis & Jason, the "spark" was most likely some hot juice from over filling?

Jason does some decent longish drip tips , TW do some slightly longer but the "o" ring they use seems to stop them going all the way in to the carto , VE's fit better but are a midges shorter
