shelf life of VG+PG

Guys and Girls  I am about to make my 1st order for DIY juice making.
Just wanted to know if there is a shelf life on the PG/VG and Nic liquid ?
Is it best stored cool ?

Mark, most people believe nic is good for a couple of years if stored cool and dark, longer if kept in the freezer in glass bottles.
PG & VG I have no idea, it's so cheap and available I've never thought about it

Think its about 12 months , But if it looks ok smells ok tastes ok its ok. thats my take on it anyway.

Nic around 2yrs so the story goes.

Normally the vendor puts 2 years on it.
But stored in a dark place and cool it may/will last longer.

Keep it in topped up brown glass bottles to prevent extended oxigen and light interaction or even store it in a freezer

Boots put a use by date on their VG bottles as a guide . . . I'd imagine other Chemists do similar.

I'm using one that has a date of 08/2013 and it's fine.

Both are inexpensive, so there's no need to lay in stocks for the Apocalypse really.

cheers guys just that a 500 ml VG is only £4.49 DELIVERED and PG around the same seemed a good buy

600ml of VG from Boots would set you back around £3.90 Mark.

Not off the shelf Mark, some branches will order it for you though . . . it's probably best to say it's for aromatherapy/cosmetic purposes if you do try and order. Mention ecigs/nicotine and some of the staff can get a bit nervous.
