Hello All i have been enjoying my vapping since April 8 2013 when i packed up smoking its the best thing i have ever done. Up till now i have gradually moved up from CE4/V2 to CE5/V3 Clearomisers and finally to the Innokin CE5 (iClear16) which i have been using for the last 3 months now. i feel i need to take the step to the protank but not sure which ones to get. i would be very grateful if you guys / ladies could recommend me something from vape escape. more throat hit more vapor :-) regards Isaac

Protank 3. Get into the world of dual coil tanks, and you wont look back.

I've gone off protanks because mine leak (not the minis, they're great!) I'm a big fan of Innokin - iClear 16, 30 and 30s - have several of each and none of them have leaked, gurgled or played up in any way.

My son uses the Aspire BDC's and loves them. He now has 2 Vivi style tanks. No leaks, no problems and a very good vape.

Go for the i30 or vivi rather than the Protank. You won't regret it.

I'm going to stand up for the good 'ole Protank here - I have 3 Protank v1s which I have had for about 6 months, and they have delivered sterling service during that time. I recoil my own heads but even if I were using factory heads I would be a happy bunny. They are easy to clean, durable, and have a reassuringly solid feel. There are various vendors who offer these at a competitive price, and I would suggest getting one to experiment with - they would cost less than 2 days cigarettes and I'm sure that you will be impressed.

I didn't get on too well with the protank but the davide glassomiser is very similar and I reckon better ....also takes protank heads... Glad you are a big fan of vape escape ...I am too. Second choice would be Iclear 30 tank

I love the iClear 30s... can't get on with the protanks, get too much leaking and gurgling with mine, but I love the protank minins. Apparently, the iClear heads are interchangeable between the 30 and 16s, but not the 30s. I have a 30 that I've not yet tried, but if it's anywhere near as good as the 30s I'll be a happy bunny

Thanks all for your help. If i am not mistaken the consensus seems to be that the protanks tends to leak. So is this normal

I have been using protank v1s for a long time I have had 5 so far. Not had leaking problems with any of them and one was a fast tech clone. Horses for courses I say. It won't break your bank giving them a try and you may well be very pleasantly surprised as I was.
