Mixing calculator ?

Is anyone else having trouble viewing the calculator? I have used it a couple of weeks ago and it was fine. Can't get anything up this morning..just a blank screen apart from two tabs. I am using an ipad

I'm sure Carpe Vapor will sort it padiho, when he's up and about. Could be related to the tweaking that's been done to get the search function working/improved for Ipad users.

I'm thinking of making the calculator even more accurate

Currently (and this is the way all online and downloadable calculators work) any nic base added to the mix is not proportionally calculated correctly.

For instance, Nic Base 54mg PG diluted

Currently this is entered in to the calculation as being 100% PG towards the PG Ratio calculation

It should in my opinion be calculated at 94.6% PG towards the PG Ratio calculation as, taking our example Nic Base, 5.4% of this Nic Base is not PG, but in fact is Nicotine.

Is it really that critical Carpe? Would it confuse new mixers with that extra element?

But, it is your calculator . . . though personally I think it works great as it is.

I think I will leave it as is, as it would mean updating all recipes that are currently saved which I'm sure would not go down too well. :-)
