well
its 1 year to day of non smoking , not even a sneaky one.
started with vaperlites then a small ego and now 2 mods.
lot easier than i thought even in what was a difficult year family wise.
but got though it and here i am.
just over a year ago i was on 20-25 a day.so pleased with myself lol

Well done  a great achievement ! I stopped on 14 August last year so will be 5 month on Tuesday ! Can't imagine smoking a stinkie again ! Wish I could convert OH but can't be done sadly  I can make him a roll up but can't contemplate ever lighting it up ! |
