Hi..... Get all your gear from MyEpack website they are the chepest mate.... Either the MVP or the SVD.... Or even the vamo 5... Which all have variable voltage and wattiage. They are mods... And are big well most of them... So depends if you want something compact as you are out alot or something you use mainly at home......

Hi i was at your stage not that long ago, i started off with a disposable e cig, i then moved on to this ; www.vapeescape.co.uk/Deluxe-Vaping-Kits/VE-Riva-1100-Deluxe-Kit/Vape-Escape-1100-Deluxe-Kit.Html?cPath=18_81It comes with liquid. It was a great starter kit and with two batteries i always had a back up which is a must if your just quitting as you dont want to be left without. I then moved on to the mvp2 and the quality of the vape is amazing. Its your choice if you want to start off with the beginner kit then if you feel you need it then upgrade. Most beginners from what i know start off with 24 or 18 mg of nicotine but if you are smoking ten a day i would probably start either 18 or 12 mg (medium). I would suggest for a tobacco flavour to try some ry6 or ry4 www.vapeescape.co.uk/E-Liquids/5ml-Samplers/5ml-Samplers-18mg.html?cPath=3_22What the above poster meant i think is that he doesnt vape tobacco flavours. At first i wanted a tobacco flavour but moved on to fruity flavours as it helped my quit by stopping to imagine what a real cig would taste like. Hope this helps.

You can buy 10ml samples from www.joosejuice.co.uk for £1.49 - buy some vape some and see how long it lasts . 10ml should last for a good few days

A company which has a good reputation for juices which taste like the real thing is Ok Smokey. You'd want their BNH. 15 mg is a good strength for a 10/day smoker, but you might like to get 18mg to get you started. I wouldn't buy anything from them except juice. Plan on using 2-3ml per day. Delivery times in this industry are pretty good and your taste buds change when you give up smoking (however you go about it) so it is wise not to buy too much at first. Don't be too disappointed if it doesn't match your fags too well. There is an 'ash tray' component to ready-made cigarettes that tends not to be included. If you persevere you'll get used to it, may come to prefer it to the real thing. Do get some other flavours to try. Most people move on from tobacco to other flavours sooner or later. Truth is, tobacco doesn't taste good - that's why you don't see a lot of tobacco-flavoured crisps about. When you start: a lot of smokers do it with a quick draw of air straight into the lungs, which doesn't work well with electronic cigarettes. Try drawing the vapour into the mouth first, then inhale into your lungs at whatever speed gives you a comfortable throat hit.

tariqhaq everyone is genuinely trying to help you & non of us are affiliated to any vendor. If you get links posted for the same vendor, it just means that they have the best deals at the moment & that's what this forum is mainly about - letting folks know about the best current deals & helping folks find an e-cig & e-liquid that suits them, at a good price & from a reputable vendor

If I were you I would try some other flavours as well as tobacco. When I started vaping I expected it to be exactly the same as smoking and was a bit disappointed in the tobacco flavours I tried to be honest. They were all missing something and I didn't know what it was. It turns out what they are missing is about 4000 harmful chemicals including formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, arsenic. Tobacco flavours are also missing the lovely flavour that is burning ash. Once I realised vaping wasn't going to be exactly the same as smoking I decided to try some different flavours and I am very glad that I did because at the end of the day tobacco doesn't really taste very nice anyway. The result is that I switch flavours a lot all through the day. Today I have been vaping strawberry, spearmint, pear drops, custard, caramel and jack the ripple. (Jack the ripple is exactly like the ripple bits in raspberry ripple ice cream). I also really enjoy vaping espresso with just a touch of added menthol, I love apple - most fruits are nice.
The point of my post is that there is a whole world of vaping flavours out there, you can even find roast chicken dinner, crispy bacon and others that don't appeal to me at all. There are also flavours to match your favourite drink whatever that might be. With a willingness to try different flavours and mixes the vaping world will open up to be something much bigger and much more fun than something to just replace tobacco and deliver a nicotene fix. Just dive in and try them. Find a site that offers small bottles you can try and go from there. Even if you find one you don't like the chances are that someone will love it and will either buy it from you or trade it for one for you to try. Good luck vaping, take the advice from others on this forum. They are nice people and aren't affiliated to any business or sellers. We are on this forum because we love vaping and sharing what we have learned along the way. Advice given is always honest and without any other agenda, all advice is given just because it's good to help.
Anyway, I am rambling a bit so will shut up now.
