What can I say, awesome tool to have around and an awesome company for support.

Had mine about 10 years and tried to snip something in the pliers blades/wire cutter tool and it crimped the blades making it difficut to fully open and then close the pliers.

Contacted their support as I saw there was a 25 year warranty on the tool.

This morning recived mail and a brand new Leatherman WAVE.  Even better than my previous one as it had been updated with additional tools/screw drivers etc.

I highly recommend this tool for any handy work jobs, greater for rebuilding as the screw drivers are a perfect fit for RBA screws etc.

I've been using a Leatherman Clip for 20 years. A great multitool, not to be mistaken for cheap copies. The titanium wire cutters slice through steel rope. I can understand why they offer a 25 year warranty.

Two things I would never buy cloned: Leatherman and Zippo.

I've had several warranty repairs and replacements over the years, never any hassle.
My Leatherman Supertool will be going away for a new blade this summer as it's getting a bit short after 15 years of sharpening.

So glad I remembered about the warranty. Was almost tempted to buy a Charge TTi when I spotted the 25 yr warranty notice.

Just as a courtesy I have ordered the 21 piece screwdriver bits and bit extender.

Don't know what to do with my 80th Anniversay Zippo now I've stopped smoking lol.

Just looked at my blade, think I'll get mine sorted before the end of the warranty. 20 years of sharpening has made it a thinner and shorter.
