I received switch magnets for my nemesis today. Dead easy to fit and a vast improvement on switch operation, no more occasional crunchy sticking switch :DI'd recommend anyone with a nemesis does this switch upgrade.

I'm going to add these to my next FT order, although now it's worn in I find the button on the nemesis is beautifully smooth with the standard spring. Still, at 90p a set it'd be silly not to have a look at it...

Got my magents from the Group Buy Andi did, arrived, well packaged, all in good order..... Now, if someone could point me to the instructions on how to fit them that'd be great? It's a Doddle if a bit fiddly. Just take the switch of then unscrew the silver contact screw right out and the the brass and Delrin main part will pop off. Don't just let go as the springs will release bits everywhere, especially the little brass pin that stops the switch from rotating. Then just remove the two springs and install the magnets so they are pushing each other apart. Then the fiddly bit. Whilst keeping the magnets depressed and making sure the brass pin isin the channel of the lower part of the switch you have to line the channel on the upper part of the switch and slide in place. Then just reinsert the top contact and screw right done, I also nip this contact screw tight with a pair of needle nose pliers. Theres a YouTube vid by Todd if you need further help.

Good little tip in the video showing how to refit and secure the little brass pin when rebuilding, worth a watch.

Just un-screw the silver contact pin (you will notice a little brass pin inside, don't lose it) and remove the inner and springs, get two magnets making sure they are pushing against each other and drop them in.
Then put the inner base back in and line up the arch and put the pin back in then screw your silver contact back.

Be wary when buying magnets for your Nemmy's, some out there don't fit, i've got 3 sets of magnets from different suppliers and 2 of them are too small. Fast Tech and an Ebay seller were too small, the others I have are originals. Internal diameter is too small and they will not fit over the pin.
