and I can confirm eCigWizard that Joe now applied for Vendor Employee status and as I told him in the PM it will be looked at by the rest of the team. I think I made it quite clear here

I'm not appreciating this at all. I explained to Joe in my PM that the forum has to be run in a fair and impartial way. Other Vendor Employees have been asked to apply for a status change before continuing posting.

About 4 to 5  months ago, very disinterested staff at that time, not much knowledge as in they only knew about the kit they had in store ( which was limited ) no knowledge of mechanical s or RBAs, did not even know about the threat of legislation. Just felt like a point of sale environment akin to say PC world.

OK that makes sense. As Olly mentioned in one of his previous comments there has been a change of staff since that time.
The shop is now run by two vaping enthusiasts who use RBA's and mechanical mods themselves.

Again I apologise for the bad experience, and hope that you can pop in for a chat and maybe try some of our new flavors when you get a chance.
