Hello and welcome Martintheveg Click the spinner button five times to off before charging and "set it to 4.2 making sure that the centre pin has been lifted gently with a pair of tweezers about 1 millimetre. Then stick it on charge. It will flash for a couple of seconds then it will stop but charger light will then pulse red.Leave to charge until light goes solid green. I hope you had fun at myepack,i see their website is up and running again,so off I go to do some retail therapy! *shopping*

Hi martintheveg - you are correct the batteries are 5-click on and off, and hold down to vape; that's the easy bit. The charge was short because all batteries come with a factory charge, you have just topped it up to full, and it should last you a full day of vaping. As for the Protank - my suggestion would be to unscrew the base and carefully pour the juice back into the bottle it came from (the 'dripper' on the top of the bottle should come off with a fingernail under it and pop back on again afterwards). The atomiser head screws into the base until it is fairly tight, and then the base screws back into the bottom of the tank. Pop it onto the battery and fire at around 4.0v - there should be enough juice on the coil to get a bit of vape but more importantly you should hear a 'fizz' as the coil atomises the residual juice. Once this is working properly, you can refill the Protank making sure it's held with the mouthpiece pointing down, and avoid getting juice down the centre tube, as you have already noted. Screw the base back on, and you should be good to go! I'm sure others will be here soon with their own emergency instructions too - don't worry, we'll get you sitting in a cloud of vapour before too long

Thanks Sal, yes that way is a lot easier, thanks a lot. I want to put some more juice into the tank, i am not very good with numbers but i know 5ml is a teaspoonful, should i just half, or fill up the tank with more juice ? i only tried to guess 1 to 2 ml but it doesn.t seem to be enough.

Glad that helped I tend to fill mine 2/3 to 3/4 full, unless I'm off out for a while and then it's full to the brim (nearly)! Don't worry about numbers, by eye is good enough!

The mini takes 2 and a half ml I think, so you'll be able to fill it three quarters full 4 or 5 times with each 10ml bottle, and it will last longer in the tank than you think!

martintheveg, if you are holding the mini protank with the mouthpiece pointing down, fil it until just begore it reaches the top of the silver tube inside, you don't want it to go above the top of this as the tube inside is where the vapour comes through and you would end up with a mouthful of juice. once full, screw in the base (into which you have already screwed in the coil head), the flip it back upright, screw on to your battery and you're good to go

It has an auto cutoff after about 10 seconds I think you don't have to keep the button depressed between vapes. Press button as you take a vape then let go and repeat as wanted

Press button as you take a vape then let go and repeat as wanted Thanks babs, i think maybe i was holding the button down between vapes and that was causing it, if i just hold the button down, take a good draw, i am getting a nice puff so i have started to just take the one puff and let go of the button and it is better, perhaps i was being too greedy ! it,s probably time to stop bothering everyone now and start reading. Thanks for being there everyone, very much appreciated, believe me, i do have to get on now and i will read some more later and find some articles on my chosen equipment. I do know that this is going to stop me buying any more baccy though and it,s bloody enjoyable too, if not a little frustrating at times, but hey, i,m a newbie !.
