First coils done using Greigster's coil buddy

Used Greigster 's coil buddy to make my first proper coils! 
Tried before but quickly realised needed the coil buddy as I'm just not a natural.

Anyhow used 0.32 kanthal, 10 turns around 2.5mm, and think it's tight enough to call it a micro coil
Comes out at 0.8ohms.
Marks outa 10? any comments? just couldn't get outa ring to glow properly.

They're a really handy bit of kit aren't they! Get some cotton in and vape

Vapes great, might be just a touch slow to heat but once there

Looks great boyofford, deffo 12 out of 10, how is it with cotton wool?

Did you pinch the coils after firing with some tweezers. The outer coil that is not getting red is not too important.

Yeah pinched, fired, pinched over and over but just couldn't get the bugger to heat!  well not quickly like rest anyhow.
Its not the whole 'ring's,its the ones with the legs attached which are half coils.... still vapes great so not to worry I suppose.

With the wool its great, stiff wire n larger diameter made it easy to pull wool through too.
