I was wondering if any one is vaping without any nicotine in there home made juices & if so how are you getting on & do it make any difference to your coils & wicks. Thanks.

I don't, but can't see nicotine making a difference. It's the juice flavouring that gunks them up.

Got a few bottles of zero nic, it changes the flavour IMHO with ready made juices Apart from that I don't notice any difference.

The worst gunkers I have are natural steeped tobaccos.

IIRC on a SWOF clip @ Safer Cigs they said their zero nic liquid has twice the flavouring in it.
I progressively worked down to 0 nic (normal amount of flavouring) in very small increments when I was on cartos with a LavaTube, it worked OK most of the time but as I had the a couple of tobacco binges I went back to low nic. Much less throat hit, milder vape the flavour is still there but it's a bit like halving the alcohol (not the spirit's flavour) in your short & mixer.

My OH as cut down from 36mg to 24mg to 18mg to zero nic in the 4+years she as been vaping. Dropping down to zero nic 10 months ago did involve some effort/positive attitude, but OK now.
There is no doubt that this has only been possible with the improvements in devices and attys. The Iclear 30s being the atty of choice ATM.
I don' think zero nic makes much difference to atty life.As others have said its the sugar that kills.
I would be interested to hear if those extreme nic users (40mg+) of a few years ago have cut down, or indeed wanted to?

I am now zero nicotine and haven't noticed it makes any difference to my wicks tbh. That said I automatically rinse then dry burn them every 3rd fill anyway. Hope this helps.

I also vape no nic quite a lot of the time and can't say I have noticed any difference at all either in terms of flavour or coil gunking!
