Is it just the top two you are after?
I don't have any specific 'Pulse G' O rings but if you let me know what size they are then I can have a rummage.

If you removed the O rings to clean before use then use the thinner ones for the tank and the fatter ones for the top cap or else it will leak. Makes no sense but that's how it works without leaking.
Far as I can make out:
Tank is 16 OD x 1.6 mm c/s
Top cap is 16 OD x 1.8mm c/s
Buy a few different thicknesses in 16mm and try but that's what I can make out after making physical measurements.
