Had a big argument on Twitter about >18 vaping.
Apparently you just ask kids not to smoke or vape and that stops them.
Why didn't anyone ever think of that before!?
My argument was when that doesn't work you should encourage harm reduction, but they didn't seem to get beyond the asking them not to.
Apparently it's a parenting issue.
