Hi all,( first post) been vaping (if you can call it that) with e cigs (10 motives) a distinct lack of satisfaction using these cigs, please forgive my total ignorance on this subject.... but I am looking for a mod??? I like the way you can do things to them etc, (was going to buy a MVP V2 or itaste VTR ) but didn't like the look and the way you cant mod them. can you guys show me your "Rig" and the name of it? so I have a better idea what to get, and also recommendations for a whole set so I can get up and running, I like the adjustable aspect of it... I want to cut down slowly on the nicotine and eventually vape with no nicotine at all (if thats possible ) thanks for looking and your help

Welcome DopeyToday, I am vaping on Smok (tek) SID in Matt Black, using a 3,400mAh 18650 Battery that lasts 4 days. On top, I have a BOGE low resistance cartomiser in an AGR carto-tank. Sometimes, I use a Kanger T3S. or a Kanger mini Protank. or an Innokin iClear30 SYou did ask. All of it might well be available from www.ukecigcabin.com/I also own and MVP v2. and a Vamo. and a Spinner.

Hi and welcome. This kit is what I would suggest as a step up to ego types. myepack.co.uk/itaste-vv-v3-o.htmlI would recommend starting with this before going on to more advanced mods as there is a lot to get your head around. With this kit all you would need to add is some juice

The iTaste vv is something I don't own or use. Sadly, 800mAh would probably run out an hour before I finish work. (I don't take mods to work...)

I'm vaping with a Vamo at the moment, using a Protank with microcoil and cotton wool wick, at 4.2v with Red Astaire 10mg home-mixed juice. I also have a Spinner 1300mah for out and about, and am waiting to get a Caravela mech mod and a Kayfun 3.1 clone from Slow Boat (a.k.a. FastTech, a Chinese vendor).

Hello Dopey I started with cheapo Market CE4 clearo and a 650mAh Battery, the first (MASSIVE) improvement was to get an MVP2 and an iClear30. The MVP2 is Robust, lasts all Day on a Charge and has VV/VW AND its pretty Fuctional looking, so I'm not scared to take it out. The iClear 30 holds 3ish mls of juice (I'm a heavy Vaper) is easy to fill, only leaks sometimes and provides a "Warm" Vape, as its heating coils are at the top. All in all a very servicable cheap(ish) way to move on further as a Vaper. I have a Touchwood Mod, which is lovely, but needs a Multimeter to check on Battery Life, the MVP does that for you automatically. If I was starting Vaping again I'd get a VV/VW device that told me when it needed a recharge, there are a few on the Market that do these things!

Dopey Hi and welcome. We can all make recommendations of our own preference, but that is all they are, recommendations..What you use will be determined by what you like.. As to jumping straight into mods, take note of what babs mentioned, starting vaping is stressfull enough for a newcomer without having to learn about coiling, wicking, amperage etc. Slowly slowly catchee monkey has never been truer. take your time and enjoy the experience.
