Hello ,I have recently found your excellent site. I live close to Aberystwth ,and as far as I know there are no vape shops or outlets near to me. So I am unable to get good advice as to what would suit me best. I have bought a standard E-Lites kit from the supermarket and although this helped it didnt give me a lot of satisfaction. Is there anyone in my area that I could talk to who could give me some help on getting started? It is a bit of a minefield to chose between various options and brands, also it can be quite expensive if you buy a kit which is not suitable to you.I hope some kind soul can help. Many thanks Hughkin

Welcome hughkinSadly, I don't get over to Aberystwyth very often. Although I do.. and plenty of other places too. (I live on the Border) E-Lites are very poor and very expensive for what they are. Please consider buying something better over the internet. Do you get anywhere near Newtown or Welshpool? Up to Barmouth? - - - Normally I blow a gasket at the mention of E-Lites, I wasted hundreds of pounds on them and got nowhere. They are sold under the most dubious of claims. It has already been proven by over 1,000,000 vapers that a cartomizer "refill" cannot do 40 cigarettes in either puffs or (more importanly) nicotine.

+1 for online, both for buying and for information. Weirdly, we have a similar problem in London, where the overheads make B&M shops unviable. There's almost nothing inside the M25.
Back to mid-Wales, though. I lived near Aberystwyth for ten years (Llanilar) and I still visit pretty regularly, though I'm not likely to be out there before the spring. Not much use for your immediate purposes, but a mini-meet in Aber would be a hoot.
