An Appeal For Some Complaints Re TPD

This idea was started by Szaxe on UKV a week or so ago . 

Not just any old complaint but complaints to the European Commission complaining about the Admin Process of Introducing the TPD , complaints to the European Parliament in a similar vein but also the fact that their October vote has been overturned by an undemocratic process and body .Complaints to the Ombudsman about all of the above . Complaints also to the European Court of Human Rights ........ ok all of this is a long shot ,but who knows if enough people write complaining letters to these 4 bodies SOMETHING might stick .

Is it worth a go , is it better than not doing much , are we legal experts ?

Remember the idea of all of this is to flood the EU with valid complaints that should receive some consideration from them Please either write your complaints as part of this thread or pm me and I will get the Google document updated . If there is any possibility of this working there is a chance of delaying the TPD for a good few months/years as a new Parliament has to be voted for in May and the TPD process has to be re-started again , this buys further time for additional numbers of users and persuasion time of the righteousness of our cause . So as long as you can string a few words together HAVE A GO

These are the 3 bodies to complain to immediately. There may be a very slight chance to go on to the ECHR or the Court of Justice after we have exhausted the complaint's procedures below, but not until then ....
