I'm looking forward to a "tolerable" drama serial after the stuff the BBC has been subjecting us to - which does deserve to be called cr*p >

Many British drama series are eventually shown on our PBS stations, under the title of "Masterpiece Theater".

I saw an episode of the Forsythe Saga and was surprised to find out that Damian Lewis was British. He played an American officer in the series, Band of Brothers. It was a true story of E company of the 101st Airborne Division, U.S. Army, in WWII.

He did an American accent so well, that I was convinced that he was one of us Yanks.
