How much juice do you use?

Do you find that it affects your chest in any way i.e. tightness when you vape more?

I'm at 3 - 5ml per day as well and definitely vape more when relaxing in front of the telly...or when I'm reading this forum.

I haven't had any problems of that sort - in fact, my breathing has been a lot better and my chest has been clearer since I gave up smoking and started vaping instead.

Dont get me wrong - my chest in general is so much better since "quitting" - my cough has gone, the wheezing has gone, I am actually starting to feel better I think - I have just noticed that sometimes when in bed mychest feels "tight", wierd feeling really......may not be related in any way! LOL

Sometimes I vape like I describe people smoke a pipe -- puffing most out like a train. I can go through 10ml easy in a day and hardly get the benefit of the nicotine, then there are days every drop of vaper is inhaled and just 3ml a day is enough to make me feel I am overdozed.

shocam, yes they do, it was quiet in there though when we went in for some of their delicious Tapas dishes, I asked the waitress and she said it was fine.
I left them a favourable review on Trip Advisor.

BTW I vape in all the pubs in Clevedon.

DiscoDes - I have been to a couple of places where I have seen people vape inside, but it still feels wrong somehow?

Good prices - is there a guide on here for mixing your own, had a look a the DIY products and seems a little complicated (was never very good in Chemistry, in fact I failed it!!! )?

I am using anywhere from 13-15ml 8mg a day when I am at home to 2-6ml 45mg when on the road or with customers. Don't worry too much about it.

Mixing is anywhere from easy to complicated. You can start with ready bases (18mg: www.ltecigs.larsentilbrook.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&path=61_71&product_id=1323) and just add concentrate like T-juice ( t-juice.com/pure-flavours.html) or Twisted Flavours ( www.prosmoke.de/epages/63479584.sf/de_DE/?ObjectID=44355587&ViewAction=ViewFaceted&FacetValue_CategoryID=44355587) or Pink Spot ( vapeon.co.uk/index.php?id_category=4&controller=category&id_lang=2)

All you need is a syringe with a blunt, thick needle and an empty 10ml liquid bottle.

Take an empty liquid bottle, clean it. Use your syringe and measure 1.5ml concentrate (for 15% flavouring, a good starting point for the concentrates above), put it in the juice bottle. Then fill it up to 10ml with your base. It will have a bit less than 18mg, 15.something, but should work - or you could start with 24mg base and end up around 21mg.

Now real juice construction is a tad more complicated than that, because you won't often use only one flavouring and the concentration might be higher - but you can leave that for later.

Thanks chrisde - will look into this method initially I think, been looking at Mixology and it is not easy! Using this method, do you still need to steep?

Mixing is really easy it's finding recipes that you like that's difficult and the calculator at the top is so simple to use. Own mixed juice still need steeping I'm afraid.

I guess that once you get started it will be, but looking at all the information at the moment is overload!! LOL

So am i right in thinking that, using the method described by chrisde above, by buying a 100ml bottle of 18mg nic mix and a 10ml bottle of concentrate (say strawberry flavour), you could effectively make approx 12x10ml bottles of 15.3mg nic juice?
