could somebody please explain the difference between coilhead 2.5 Ohm - 2.Ohm ....
which one should I go for if I like the throat hit more than the vapour ? Is there a big difference ?

The lower the ohm number the more vapour that will be produce. The throat hit is more to do with the liquid and nic strength you use....

Depends what you're using it on as well Clivia . . . a VV/VW device it's neither here nor there really as you can adjust your setting to suit.

A standard Ego battery I'd go for the 2.0ohm - the resistance will rise anyway as the coil head is used and juice carmalizes on it.

Considering you get five spare coils, a protank mini v2, a 650 mah battery and a charger that kit is really good value!
I've started 3 of my family vaping with that kit.
