First mix mistake - help!

I've been tidying my vaping cupboard today, and found an unopened bottle of PG. "That's strange", I thought, "I'm sure I only had one bottle of PG and I used it in my recent highly successful mixing session". A quick inspection of the other bottles shows that I opened two bottles of nic base and used it as PG. 

Why can nothing go right first time *insert other rage-induced phrases here*

So, I need to rescue this. A quick look at the mix calculator shows it should be sortable, but I need some help working out the amounts I need to add to make my target juice of 60/40, 12mg strawberri. 

The recipe should have been:

10ml nic @ 54mg
2ml PG
12ml VG
6ml flavour

So, first question as basic maths is failing me, what strength and ratio is this juice as it stands? Is it 18mg and 70/30ish?

Secondly, as I've added 20% too much nic, can I increase the amounts of the other ingredients by 20% to get my target mix? So I'd need to add:
2.4ml PG
2.4ml VG
1.2ml flavour
and I'd be back on track?

Your recipe you planned to follow would give you 18mg strength
The mix that you have made by mistake is 21.6mg strength
Adding 20% of the other ingredients as you suggest will bring it back to what you had planned.

Thanks @freefromsmoking - but i was planning a 12mg mix, so I've added 5.33ml too much nic, my recipe above was wrong. So I'd need to add another 80% of the other ingredients to make it 12mg, and I don't have enough flavouring.

Measure twice, cut once and all that...

so I have 3ml of flavouring left. Just doing the maths for checking...

I think I'll mix it down to 18mg and be happy, and learn my lesson. Measure twice, cut once and all that...

LOL  ....  keep the 18mg mix for stressful times like this.     ....  we have all made mistakes like that and will probably do so again.

Ok, think this works - add
2.67ml PG
6ml VG
2ml flavour

And I'll have 40ml of 18mg 60/40 strawberri. And I'll love it, even with the niccups!

Sound right?

Another 4ml flavouring is 66.6 more. same addition of vg will be another 8ml. so we have

10ml PG nic @54%
20ML VG
10ml PG flavour

That I think comes to a 50/50 PG/VG mix @18mg nic

Thanks tominmids - I've gone with my calculations above, once I checked them through the mix calc. So the final mix is:
13ml nic at 54mg
2.67ml PG
16ml VG
8ml flavour
Giving me just shy of 40ml at just shy of 18mg.

Panic averted, unless I've missed something - which is entirely possible, my rational head has returned but I'm way out of my depth here!
