Sorry for the long wait on the reply, I haven't logged in for a few days. Thanks for your order!

Steeping is the process of letting the liquids age a bit to allow the flavour to properly develop, similar to letting a wine mature, although luckily it's a much shorter process! We recommend waiting at least 1 week from the individual 'date bottled' printed on each of the labels before using the liquids although at least some of your order should be good to go on arrival.

Well I have just vaped the sweet strawberry and I am in vaper's heaven it's awesome Rob so smooth and sweet just what I have been looking for...think I found my new fav can't wait to try the rest but for now I am gonna kick back in the recording studio and enjoy with some tunes.

We do try to get orders out asap, and while I can't always guarantee we'll turn orders around this fast we manage 2-3 working days about 95% of the time (this will be 100% quite soon).

Normal posting days will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from now on with all orders placed up until 12:00 on that particular day being sent out then.

Recieved my order today. Excellent service well done you.
Currently puffing away on the blackcurrant one and can honestly say its the best blackcurrant i have tasted and beleive me i have tried a few in the eight months i have been a vaper.
Definately will be ordering again from you guys and thanks for the gift.

I would say "all of the above" but definitely quality is an issue with some liquids. I've been trying loads of different brands/flavours and have noticed different brands can be very different in quality and taste. Some have been pretty much unvapeable.

I ordered from you this week and was impressed with the delivery time, ordered in the evening and received within 36 hours. I like the dating on the bottles, not just expiry but when it was bottled. Mine aren't ready till Monday but couldn't resist having a try a bit early. Got a slight perfumey taste at first (but my own fault for not waiting I admit) but then tried "speed steeping" (my own made up term lol) and after that the perfumey flavour was gone and it's a really nice vape, and getting nicer each time, so impressed so far. I'm going to force myself to be patient before trying to other flavours but I'm liking what I've tasted so far.

Oh and it was Raspberry Candy that I opened and vaped a bit early.

I voted for quality and consistency.

Range of flavours and the price could tempt me into ordering once, but if the product isn't good, I won't be ordering again.

And the customer service is probably what will make or break a vendor.

I love the Blackcurrant too. I pretty much only vape my own stuff now apart from when I'm doing research and the Blackcurrant is definitely one of my favorites. I'm really happy to hear you like it so much!

No problem at all with the free bottle - I think we're going to keep doing that for the foreseeable future to be honest although the flavour will change occasionally just to keep you all on your toes
