A proper welcome to you Rob. I'd also add that within the quality/consistency choice, improved information on websites from all Vendors on PG/VG ratio's and choices would be great. Extra flavour options are also good. Many of us have PG sensitivies or have definite preferences, so it's helpful to have options over what's considered to be a ' standard ' mix.

Extra flavour options are also good. Many of us have PG sensitivies or have definite preferences, so it's helpful to have options over what's considered to be a ' standard ' mix. Thank you, I'm enjoying it here. You're all so friendly! I think that's a good point about offering more options. The problems with this come from added complexity to stock issues and recipes which is why I think more vendors do not do it. For example I have 15 flavours at 7 different strengths which means I must have 105 boxes to store and organise these. If a vendor were to have a similar stock system to mine (which is somewhat necessary for allowing the liquids to steep prior to dispatch), offered the same 15 flavours at 7 strengths, but were to also offer 3 different flavour strength options and 5 PG:VG ratios then that would increase the number of required stock containers from 105 to 1575. That would be with a comparatively small range of flavours too, so the only valid option would be to make up the bottles as they were ordered which would mean that it would be at least a week before they were steeped sufficiently. This would also make the process much messier and would almost definitely require selling at a higher price to customers. That said there is probably a place for such a vendor in the market. Do you know of any online vendors who offer these kind of customisations? If you do I'd be interested to order from them to get an idea of how they manage their processes. It certainly wouldn't be an easy task if they were putting out large numbers.

Hi Rob and I agree with Balllsy, price is less important than a finding a good vendor that you trust to put things right with minimal fuss when, on the hopefully rare occasion, things go wrong. I'm happy to pay a slightly higher price for a premium product. Many of us have turned our hand to mixing our own, and the vendors that sell their recipes in premixed concentrate, or "one shot" form are very popular Good luck Hi Rob and welcome :-) I think lairey pretty much covered my thoughts right here. Just gonna check out your site now.

Hi darkstar, wecome. I totally agree with others on here - it's not just one thing but the whole package that's important. If you have something really special then you can get away with just one flavour but if not, then you have to tick all those boxes. Good luck. I'll have a look at your site.

Hello and welcome Rob. I had a look on your website and have just placed my order. Hoping you can get some custard and banana flavours in stock. Vanilla goes down well, good to have to hand if you have a juice not to your liking, spike it with some vanilla and its good to go.
I will report back after I've vaped your delivery.

We'll definitely be adding more flavours coming after the launch sale has ended so you'll have plenty of others to try eventually Banana and Custard type flavours are very much up there on the list to develop too. Cheers, Rob

Hello darkstar By a country mile, it has to be, quality. For me, the layout/navigation of the website is quite important, too. Wish you all the best with your new venture.

Welcome Rob,
Good luck with the venture .... I agree with the results of the poll so far.
I am interested in your thoughts about starting up in this line of retail in the current uncertain climate with the EU vultures circling .. Did that cause you much concern ?

Not pointing any e-cigs in the direction of any particular Wizards that might cause people to get wiz mixed up, I would say that actually having my strength and flavour in stock other than on the 29th of February is kind of important. Vendor of Peterborough!! Listen up. I have been trying to order now for 3 months.... SORT IT OUT. Stop running off to the bank every 20 minutes to deposit another squillion pounds - MAKE SOME LIQUID!
