Cancelled a couple of items on ft as they were out of stock and would hold up the rest of my order. Instead of refund I chose the instant gift certificate option so I could order something else. I tried to check out but the codes dont work?
anyone had any trouble like this? Got about $45 worth that I cant use!

Finally found the support option for gift certs, was well hidden lol. now waiting for fts responce

are you sure you're putting it in the right place? checkout, then place order and on that page there is a ' apply gift certificate' button, press it to expand and then c+p your code in It is not a coupon code

Are you putting the gift certificate code in on the last page?
Go into your account and click on "gift certificates" on the left near the bottom. Highlight the number of the gift certificate and right click and select "copy"
once you have your goods in the cart click "checkout" then on the next page after you are happy with shipping option click "continue". At the bottom of that page click on the "expand" button next to "apply a gift certificate" and paste your gift certificate number in the box and then click on "place order".

Doesnt say they are pending or anything and when I clicked for gift certs it definatley said instant?

There are 2 places to enter a code at fasttech. One of them "Shopping Cart" is the wrong place and the code will fail. it needs to be entered at Checkout

Did you use the "Apply a gift certificate" and then cancel to go back to add something else to your order at any point?
I did that once and when I got back to the check out it wouldn't accept the code a second time.
Customer Service sorted it out though.

Still unable to use codes. Ft support suggested typing the codes in (like I hadnt tried it already) and now seem to be ignoring me

Sorry mate wasn't saying you were doing it wrong, after reading your latter post anyhow. Posted pics as had already done them, for others as it threw me a bit anyhow. Don't really know how to help you with it bud to be honest, Its my first purchase/purchases from them (well ordered before but got impatient and cancelled with refund to paypal that time). Lots of more experienced fasttech users on here than me who Might be able to help. Hope it wasn't for too much.
