Shit is flying everywhere re the TPD , if we don't get Martin Schulz (President of the European Parliament) persuaded to do otherwise, the TPD vote in plenary will just be a single Yes/No vote, to the whole Directive. MEP will not be able to vote on those aspects that we all know are impractical/unworkable,in Article 18+others.
