Re-coiling kanger Aerotank

Have any of the coiling gods out there tried re-coiling an Aerotank, I quite like the look of it but the heads IMO are worse than the protank heads.
It's dual coil I think and that is fooling me at the mo, thought about putting a standard head with a cotton micro-coil in it but they don't look like they will fit.

Any opinions?

Wow the 2 heads i have with my aerotank have been giving me the best vape i have ever had out of a clearo/tank.

Not sure but can't you just fit a single microcoil in the stock aerotank head ?

My pro tank 2 heads screw into the aerotank base but dont fire.

Thats strange Roscopecotrain, I've bought two aerotank bases and fitted them to my protank 2s and they work fine with protank 2 or Evod heads.

Thought about that Greg but the slot is deeper in the aerotank head so I was thinking with a single micro-coil it would flood, Todd (from Toddsreviews) said he had re-coiled one but didn't elaborate.

I'm probably going to have to give it another go Roscopecotrain to be fair I got it the same day as my Russian 91% so thats not really a fair comparison cos I was smitten with the russian.

Thanks Greg , just tried a standard protank head and it fires so it's micro-coil time when I've dropped the granddaughter off home

I've recoiled mine a couple of times now with no probs, you will need some thin wire though if you're dual coiling.

The standard single-coil heads will fit but you'll find there is a gap between the top of the silicone cup and the bottom of the air tube of the aerotank.

I think I'll have to have a go at re-building the dual-coil ones...I couldn't tell any difference between the stock 2 heads I got and a well re-built single coil tbh.
