Hi Peeps.
Excellent video for new members or someone who wants to try cotton wicking.

Just watched that one. Looks like a great alternative to the usual starter kits. Yours for 40 squids and includes 2 bottles of juice. Can't be bad

Seems like a nice clearo, and a good way into vaping. Changing cotton doesn't take much, but it does need a little practice - often when people are starting, they just want something that works without any faffing. I'm not sure if this will appeal to that market.

Might not appeal to everybody but will to some. If I had been able to have it when I was using cigalikes I would have jumped at the chance. I enjoy playing with coils and trying new builds on my gear though so it would have suited me. I completely understand though that for a lot of people what they want is a device that just works with no fuss or tinkering. Whatever works for each individual and helps them off the fags is what's important at the end of the day.

Agreed erik514 - as a former smoker of roll-ups, I like the tinkering and the maintenance that comes with my rebuildables. As the vape is so good, it's definitely worth a look for anyone considering a kit. Different strokes for different folks, I'm sure he will shift a few!

£5.99 for a coil seems a bit steep to me

Stupid question alert!!! Can you rewick kanger heads this way? (i.e. leave the coils where they are and wick through?)

Absolutely - if you build a microcoil for the Kanger head (see Super-Shiny's guide if in doubt) you just take out the cotton, quick dry burn, and rewick the coil. They last for ages. I don't think you could do it with the coil in a factory build, as the coil is too narrow to get a decent amount of cotton through.

Interesting kit, but too fiddly for me (and I'm already past the ego / cheap clearo stage!). Some people (like myself), hate faffing and don't want to be coiling and rewicking, but it looks good for someone who wants to start getting into tinkering.

Hmmmmm interesting - is this just a kanger head with a microcoil? I can't recoil kanger heads for toffee but if these heads will work in a Davide or a protank then I'm interested - been wanting to try a cotton microcoil for a while but there's no way I'm ever going to make one successfully myself...
