Do you inhale the same way as cigarettes? You'll get lots of complex answers to that one, lol  Whatever suits you! I tend to take the vapor into my mouth before inhaling it, lots of the nicotine is absorbed through the membranes in our mouths! |

I vape pretty much like I smoked with the way I inhale, although you have to take a longer slower "drag" but that I suppose on what your vaping on!
If you really want to quit the cigs....bin them...and the lighters/ashtrays. We found we had 9 lighters which was odd as I could only ever find 1 when I was looking for a light!
Get into vaping...ive quit for now 1 month and look forward to it as much if not more than when I wanted a cig!
Also you can have sneaky vapes when the kids are watching TV/playing and not smell or feel guilty!
The only downside ive seen so far is I vape far more than I smoked!
