Looking for advice

Hi there!
So, from the last 2 hours of browsing Google I decided to quit smoking by starting to vape.
I'll be getting an eG0-C Twist 1000mah and a Vision Vivi Nova to use with it because Google says good things about both :3
Regarding ordering spares like batteries, extra nova head atomizer
things etc, these can wait to see if I actually like the products once
i've got them. Another order can easily be made.

Aaaanyway, I just want to make sure i'm ordering the right things so if anyone has anything overly negative about either things, shout up! I don't want to be landed with non-refundable tat or something.

(the order itself includes a charger, tank plinth (I hope it fits correctly), a 10ml blueberry juice and a 10ml tobacco juice plus the vivi and ego-c)

One final thing, how long does the Vivi Nova last before needing the head to be replaced. I've seen people claim theirs lasted 1 week and others claiming 2 months..

Any advice is welcome, thanks!

You are on the right track but also have a look at these and also remember always buy two batteries so when one is charging the other one can be used to carry on vaping, also if one fails you want something to fall back on.

and all the best on this fantastic journey - I so agree that you need at least 2 batteries and 2 tops - till now I am just using simple ego batteries and are fine with them - tomorrow I know if a more advanced mod really is so much better

If you follow the mainstream attitude here in the forum - you soon end up with loads more anyhow - and the vendor list here is great - like many others I think myepack has great offers

I didn't really think about what I would be doing in between charges... An extra battery certainly seems like a necessity now! Thanks(!) lol.

One extra thing, as a 'roll-up' smoker smoking ~20 a day, what strength juice should I opt for to start with? Just go straight for the high strength no matter the flavour?

A twist battery is an excellent choice.

I'm not so sure about Vivi Novas. They are getting on a bit now. I never got a week from the heads and they are expensive.

In fact, I gave away all my Nova stuff a while back. Then again, I don't exactly rate the "big" Protank either.

I like the small iClear16s and the big iClear30S plus Kanger T3S and the Mini Protanks.

I smoked roll ups. Never 20, but sometimes close. I started on 24mg then dropped quite soon.

Good starter is maybe get 24mg and 18mg in small amounts and see what is best for you.

Just remember:

High PG content gives more throat hit
High Nicotine content also gives more throat hit
High VG content gives more vape but less throat hit (the smoke/steam that comes out your mouth)

Good all rounder is 70pg/30vg @ 24mg or 18mg...and work from there.

There's nothing wrong with the Nova - a year or so ago it's what I would have recommended - but I think most of us would say that now you can do a bit better - vape & value - with an evod, iclear or protank.

A full-size Nova looks a bit top-heavy on a twist, but holds around a day's worth of juice. The mini size would look better, but only holds half a day's worth.

The plinth will fit OK - type A for full size, type B for mini.

Life of heads does vary a lot. If you want yours to last, clean them often.
