Mvp2 how low does yours go?

Just having a play with some protank microcoils and dropped the first built one on the mvp2 to check ohms.
 Read at one ohm so fired it without thinking and it lit up the coil.
its now (after a few dry burns) reading the coil at 0.8ohms and still firing.
 Anyone know how low it'll go?

I've had mine firing at 0.8, but I'm not entirely sure of the accuracy.
Yesterday I built a 0.8 coil and fired it on the MVP2 at 5 volts... It took a little while to heat up, but worked fine.
Then I fired it on a mechanical, fresh battery at 4.2 volts and it heated up a lot faster....

In all seriousness, I'd take the accuracy of the resistance reading with a pinch of salt, it's not a calibrated meter is it?

The Current limit is supposed to be 3 amps.

So what Voltage have you got it set at?

Was set at 8 watts, coil measured at 0.9ohms on my fluke 75 .
battery did take a while to get it to fully red hot though so I'm guessing it's at the edge of its specs plus a little tired.

I believe they have built in protection, BEST TO CHECK !!

The one ohm coil will never really fire up, something like that. Watch Pete pbasreou ??? On YouTube.

He tests it through different coils etc to tell you its real limits are.

1.7 plus minus 0.2 is the lowest I've gotten tonnes of vape out it.
