Hi all,
Someone gave me a 10ml bottle of 'dekang usa mix' it says 6mg but states "vapour flavour" and has a tiny syringe top that allows one drop at a time...
Is this an eliquid, or a mixing ingredient to make eliquid?

Liquid dekang dont do flavour concentrates afaik

Its eliquid, concentrates are always 0 mg & and normally labelled essence or flavouring.
