I couldnt put an exact figure on it, but between, movies, games, music etc... and 3 of us here play online games every night, a conservative estimate would be around 20-30gb.

Sky's traffic shaping was a dreadful nightmare! Moved to BT now where they don't limit speeds, all good so far.

As my average monthly download is around 100 - 110 gb? mainly due to films/ streaming and 4 of us with lappy pc,2x ipads, 1 iphone, 2 Samsung smart phones lol and a smart tv.All that without fibre!!

lol it probably is compared to your usage, but its just a guess, it could well be more or even less. All i know is that like you, we have 3 gaming pc's, tablets, phones, sky on demand, netflix etc..... You have given me an idea, i might just monitor (if i can) our monthly usage, to to see out of curiosity what it really is.

I believe there is software you can get to monitor usage. Something like a d/l manager. My ISP provides access to totals and daily usage, both peak and off peak. cheers

100+GB per month is a stupidly large amount of data, 20-30GB is normally still considered a bit high, most people are under 10-12GB per month.

Your ISP's total useage figure should be reasonably accurate, as it should be calculating at source.
