Nothing but praise for ash , had a problem with a nitecore charger, emailed and he replied immediately and had a replacement in a few days ! Really guys vendors are only human ! Give people a break ! A thread with such negative comments can damage reputation !

Sent emails tried to phone no joy as yet can't be doing with it, I did send him a PM in here he did reply with a contact address but so far heard nothing back, put me off buying owt else now.

The post seems to be very slow here just lately, I ordered from myepack on friday, dispatched the same day and it still hasn't arrived, I live 2 miles away from them.
Ordered from stealth vape at the same time which is miles away and it came yesterday. I noticed also that anything that I have sent, birthday cards including is taking 2-3 work days to get to its destination when sent 1st class
Postman says he has been getting a lot of flack and it's not his fault

Hi Blakey, Aye Ash explained in email about the post being slow from last week,as usually I get it next day, but all's well that ends well oh and it was the original order, I will carry on using them with no hesitation hope you get your mail tomorrow.
