I don't think the problems have been purchasing and receiving, the problems are with vendor contact/after sales etc, at present he is not for one reason or another not contactable via the webshop and he is for some reason having customers waiting over a week for responses, which in the meantime i am holding off purchasing anything from here until he gets the contact issues sorted. i have just purchased an MVP this week for a friend of mine, normally i would use myepack but with all the contact issues i decided to go elswhere, i also used his contact us link on webshop at the weekend and yet to receive any sort of reply. These are all my own personal decision and opinions though but felt they needed stating Hi Richo,
just sent you pm a copy of the reply to your email which was sent minutes after your contact email,

Nothing but praise for ash , had a problem with a nitecore charger, emailed and he replied immediately and had a replacement in a few days ! Really guys vendors are only human ! Give people a break ! A thread with such negative comments can damage reputation !

Sent emails tried to phone no joy as yet can't be doing with it, I did send him a PM in here he did reply with a contact address but so far heard nothing back, put me off buying owt else now. Jules Postman just delivered my order but don't know if it is the original order or a resend , anyway all sorted now.

The post seems to be very slow here just lately, I ordered from myepack on friday, dispatched the same day and it still hasn't arrived, I live 2 miles away from them. Ordered from stealth vape at the same time which is miles away and it came yesterday. I noticed also that anything that I have sent, birthday cards including is taking 2-3 work days to get to its destination when sent 1st class Postman says he has been getting a lot of flack and it's not his fault
