I think they may have a problem with their emails I've sent 3 all unanswered gave up as I couldn't be bothered with phoning having a personal issue at the moment. It's a shame as they usually are a very good vendor but it has quite put me off using them

I think they may have a problem with their emails I've sent 3 all unanswered gave up as I couldn't be bothered with phoning having a personal issue at the moment. It's a shame as they usually are a very good vendor but it has quite put me off using them babs, I too have had problems these last couple of weeks contacting Ash and have seen another side to the company now, I finally got a call yesterday after two calls and a message and Ash was expected here at my home this afternoon ( as he lives nearby ), but he has not turned up and I have had no contact which I am not happy about, he made the suggestion so it,s not like I asked him to. He did say yesterday that he had been very busy, and he seems a likeable enough guy but things become messy after a time because of the lack of response, I have been singing his praises on this forum, indeed, like others have but there is no excuse for not making even a text message in this communication age. I am disappointed more than anything especially as I put in two orders last night and on top of this I have recommended my pack to two of my dog walking friends, I am now questioning that and may well be ceasing to shop there again unless there has been an unfortunate circumstance for his failure to show this afternoon. Sorry to be the conveyor of this but it may help you to decide your next move. martintheveg.

I hope there is a genuine reason why folk are having problems. Myepack have always seemed to be such a trustworthy company to deal with, I'll be following this thread with interest.

I have bought from myepack in the past, I tried to contact them about a sales request the other day, no response. The items ash sells are very cheap compared to other vendors but if a trend is occurring with his aftersales/contact, potential custom will inevitably go elswhere.
