Despite all negative posts I will continue to use myepack. Always had good service from Ash I think you will find this thread was started because of the problems people have been having with my pack this last week or more, there is a vendors thread for comments such as yours. My own experiences with Ash had been very good up until two weeks ago when the communication stopped, the idea of posting here, for me, is to give the vendor a wake up call and realise his customers need to be kept informed, if he has problems outside of his normal routine then perhaps he could have posted a message here beforehand letting his valued customers know, or even employed someone for a day to take care of things in the office. I,m sure others are glad that Ash has finally responded, I hope I get a response soon too.

I had very good experience with myepack - but I also noticed that phoning is better than email. The first time I just left a message on their answer machine and was phoned back by Ash ( I assume it was Ash ) He was really helpful and patient

Folks, Ash has just left my house where he brought a replacement MVP unit round. After all this it seems it is the instruction leaflet that is wrongly written and not the unit functioning improperly. On page three, under "ohms Meter & battery level indicator &puff counter :" the unit will not display four read outs, only two. Although I knew Ash had been busy lately he also had a family matter on top of this and he will be putting everybody's wrongs right this coming week, so it is "as you were", I mentioned, as before that this was about communication, not peoples', or my impatience and there is little doubt that this has been taken on board. I will still continue to shop and recommend this excellent vendor and feel sure that the other members problems on this thread will be satisfactorally dealt with this week. regards, martintheveg.

I sometimes think people forget that vendors are human beings just like the rest of us. They have lives with worries and turmoil like we all do. Yes, communication is key, and I am the first to complain if it isn't as good as it should be, but, if I have a regular vendor who I know is normally great to deal with, I would automatically assume they have problems that need dealing with elsewhere. Saying that, if I get crap service from the get go and it happens more than once, then I will go for the jugular and toss them in the no go bin.

I have received a reply to my pm to myepack and an explanation to why my emails were ignored,all sorted now,it was something to do with problems with another business and he has not spent much time on myepack.

I definately think he has major problems with the contact us link, i contacted him via this over the weekend and i am yet to receive a reply. To be honest no matter how cheap and cheerful a vendor is, if they are not responding to me as a customer it will put me off buying anything from them, possibly never to return. The question was a sales question but i have purchased elsewhere now,

Just seen this thread. Hope all is back to normal as I've put an order a couple of days ago for Sony 18650 VTC4 IMR 2100mAh batts!
To be honest, if I'd seen this I wouldn't of used them.

I had a problem and sent an email no reply for a week, sent a follow up and was asked to send my original again. Did this a week ago and have not had the courtesy of an acknowledgment let alone a reply.

You are right. Everything fine and battts came today within good time, well packaged in their own boxes and in a bubble rapped jiffy bag.
So fair play to them, no problem at least for me.

I don't think the problems have been purchasing and receiving, the problems are with vendor contact/after sales etc, at present he is not for one reason or another not contactable via the webshop and he is for some reason having customers waiting over a week for responses, which in the meantime i am holding off purchasing anything from here until he gets the contact issues sorted. i have just purchased an MVP this week for a friend of mine, i also used his contact us link on webshop at the weekend and yet to receive any sort of reply. These are all my own personal decision and opinions though but felt they needed stating
