think the best cigalike is probably joyetec e-roll, but it's an outrageous price and a faff to keep filling up mini tank mouthpiece bit and by the time you cart about the charging case and extra battery and mini tanks that hold les than one ml you would find it easier with a decent starter kit of 650 battery and good quality clearomiser ( tank) that would probably last you most of the day?

good starter kits normally have two batteries, one to use and other to charge ready to swap over. then a charger cable, couple of tanks and sometimes spare coils and a bottle of e-liquid fit under £40 that'll keep you going happily

It's not about professional or hardcore it's about not being ripped off. I vape on a similar item (sometimes) which cost £1 per refill and vapes at nearly twice the power.

I spent £100s on those little ecigs. They didn't help me stop smoking one bit and the price is a disgrace.

I apologise for flaming (as you spotted, I did edit and re-edit) but sometimes my enthusiasm gets the better of me. My raison d'être for staying on the forums long after strictly necessary is to hopefully find people who are struggling or need help. My money wasted on E-Lites is not in vain if I can help out other people. That's how strongly I feel, so please forgive my lack of sensitivity.

Hi and to AAEC windymiller ... joining this forum is the second best decision you have ever made after deciding to give up the fags. Have a read through the various threads regarding different gear etc. and don't be shy about asking questions. They are a great bunch of people here and are only too glad to help.

its not about being professional or hardcore.  The cigalikes really are overpriced rubbish.  I also used them at first and while I still think they are bad they do serve as a stepping stone to better things.  An initial investment of 20 or 30 quid will get you a really good starter kit which will give you a much better vaping experience.  And it will end up being a fraction of the price of your cigalikes.  You buy juice to keep it going in whatever flavour you fancy, this could be tobacco, or bubblegum, or custard, or strawberry.  Any flavour you want is out there.  Even bacon and roast beef but I don't advise them at all.  
Once you have the right starter kit and juice it really is cheap.  Probably about £1 per day.  After that it's really up to each person how simple and cheap they want to make it.  A £20 kit will give you a good vape, as will the hand made £200 mods.  The choices are endless.
