My other half is havingf terrible problems with her vamo v5 and which ever tank she uses flooding the battery . She's not over filling and I have explained to change how she draws on it to slow and steady rather than short and hard , but it's still happening . Any ideas ? She's used cheap ce4 tanks , an aspire maxi and a mini protank 2 and is having issues of some sort or another with all of them and it's driving her mad

So far my most reliable tank has been the aspire bdc thing, ce6 type. My protank 2 leaks like a sieve and killed my mvp 2 and even my iclear 30 weeps a bit but the aspire just works perfect every time and never ever leaks a drop. I don't know why some leak like they do, a lot of people get on great with certain tanks and others like me just don't. This is the one I get on with www.vapercaper.co.uk/collections/atomisers/products/aspire-bdc-ce5-clearomiserIt's a ce5 not a ce6. But yeh, just works and never leaks.

All of those tanks are using the ego cone threading - I wonder if it an airflow problem Does the draw appear tight on the Vamo? Have you removed the beauty ring from it? If the draw is tight then you are creating more suction hence drawing in more juice which can cause flooding

Ok my advice, for simple cheap , no hassle use. Get a kanger pro tank 2 and the kanger air flow controller. You can buy both from myepack.
You will get no leaking , your Mrs can turn the airflow to its max settings and take long hard pulls without fear of leaks. I do it all the time.
Ps I'm not sure what's going on with everyones protank 2's. I've got three in rotation, rebuild them and not to this day have had leaking issues. Hmmm

+1 ^^^ - never had leakage or gurgling - Protank v1, great bit of kit, had mine for 7 months and they both get used every day as my go-to.
