Hi I just bought this 1300mah battery, it arrived in a plain black box, without even the words "Aspire" written on it, but it does have it printed on the battery itself. The trouble is there are no instructions whatsoever. I recieved a usb charger with it and would appreciate someone telling me about the chraging process. At the moment I attach the usb to my PC and battery the button stays lit and there is a red light on the charger which flashes about once every 3 seconds, is this it charging, or is there a loose connection making it flash? Thats it lol, all I need to know. Thanks PS- if you have the time I would appreciate recommendations of the type of tank you use on it, but only tanks as Im certain thats the one thing about ecigs Im not going to change With this battery I purchased the Davide and the Aspire BDC Clearomizers. The davide is hopeless and has no flavour coming through, the Aspire BDC is quite pleasant but keeps gurgling a lot and doesnt work on my other battery the Innokin v3 vv, though it does screw in, it just doesnt power it. The 30s Clearomizers do work on this Aspire and are still my perferred tank, though I had been hoping to find a better, more consistent one, hence buying the Davide and the Aspire BDC. All recommendations/ comments very much appreciated Cheers

Davides, evods, and some older protanks come with pretty rubbish coils so you will need to up the voltage to get a decent vape from them or buy some decent replacement coils or learn to recoil them yourself

Easy guide to recoiling is in the "Tips & tricks" sectiom on here. sadly with a dual coil atty these can be a bit tricky. Gurgling is just an accumulation of juice, either flooding or condensation..Try wicking from the top with some tissue to soak up the excess for now. Both these tanks should work on your Itaste, but it has been known for the centre contact pins need to be lifted just a little.

Ive tried using the table posted on this site to work out the best setting on the twist based on the ohms listed on the tank, I did notice when I unscrewed the base slightly, of the Davide, for a brief moment I got a good flavour but then it faded away On the back of the Davide box it says "art of state design" so I have my doubts if its even genuine.

ONE THAT DON'T WORK!!!! No seriously most stock heads are mass produced you tend to find the quality of the wick is less than perfect. (this can lead to flooding / gurgling and generally not carrying the flavour) BTW where did you get your gear from? It might be worth an EMail if you got from a trusted vendor

2.5 ohms on a 3.7 volt battery gives a pretty unsatisfactory vape therefore a rubbish coil.

I still use a twist when I'm out and about. All I can say to you is get a Protank2 mini. Buy a pack of 2 ohm heads. Knock your voltage up to 4.2. And get some decent juice. Never had a single issue with that set up. Its all trial and error.

Cheers all I have to say I much prefer the Aspire Twist and the Aspire BDC bottom dual coil tank, to my Innokin stuff, quite surprised. All the stuff I ordered came in a jiffy bag and somethings werent packaged properly. Ive noticed on the BDC tip when I detach it from the tank there are 2 very slim rubber (?) rings around the base and Ive also found one lying on my floor, lol. Any idea if you get spares, that may have been in the jiffy bag? Ive noticed you get about 5 really large rubber rings with the Davide, though theres no mention of them in the diagram on the back of the Davide box. Although I only ordered 2 Aspire tanks, I got 3 and Im going on pictures on the internet to identify them properly. They all have Aspire BDC printed on each tank but nothing else 1. Aspire BDC Nova-S which Ive not really tried yet as its very hard to see through the clear slit on the tank how much liquid is in it. 2.Aspire Vivi Nova BDC Clearomizer which is the one Im using just now 3. And then one I cant identify but its longer than the tanks, but slimmer and has a 1.8ohm coil. Could these tiny rubber rings belong to any of them?

All of the tanks you got should work on the itaste vv/vw. Hold the 2 buttons down at the same time it should tell you your attie resistance mine at the mo is a2.1 if it says non you just need to pull the centre pin on your attie down very slightly about 1mm is usually enough. It's sometimes caused by over tightening your attie they only need to be finger tight.

Unscrew your attie from the battery then you can see the contact in the base this is what you need to pull down.
