iclear 16 could are dual coils ( no other type goes in them) how long they last depends on what sort of e-liquid you use, fruits and mints don't clog them up do can last a month to 5 month!
the custard and dessert types clog coils more so I'd say more like a month's use? you can wash them and clean and get a few more weeks use ( videos on how to clean are on site) so they are very cost effective and give good flavor

I like the iclear 16s a lot and I generally don't like the clearomisers so much, flavour is good on them. They do clog up a bit in my experience, though I guess it's down to what juice you use. The replacement heads are dirt cheap too. If you're prepared to wait for fasttech you can get them for next to nothing!
