Hi everyone I've just joined today, but have been vaping since 1st November last year, after being diagnosed with COPD, and I'm loving vaping, after over 40 years on the vile, smelly, white sticks !!!!! I have...after sampling various flavours....liked and stuck with banana....but I was thinking that if I removed the flavouring aspect, which is beginning to taste a bit sickly sweet, vaping might be even beneficial for me. At the moment I'm vaping 80% PG 20% VG 18mg ejuice, and was looking for this mix, but unflavoured, cheap, and from a reliable/recommended UK supplier. A forum mate from another site I'm on......who is a member here, and so led me here (Thank you karmacookie from MSE )....recommended ltecigs.larsentilbrook.co.uk, which looks great, but I will have to mess around with the PG/VG ratios, as they only do 100% PG/VG or a 50-50 mix. So, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanking you in advance. Great to be here among fellow vapors! drifter

Make your own. i can make 30ml of unflavoured at 18mg nic for under a £1. Admittedly i buy fairly large quantities of PG/VG and Nic base but even buying small quantities you would still be under £1.50. If i can make juice anyone can. give it a try

Nice to see you found your way here drifter Griffon is right I think, to get that ratio you'd probably be best mixing your own. There's a link to a mixing calculator at the top of the board and a whole section dedicated to mixing. It's not difficult and so cheap

Hello drifter and welcome to the friendly AAEC forum.
I agree with Karma, mixing your own is the cheapest way to do it and gives you 100% control too. It's easy to do, even easier with unflavoured. I use LT eCigs for my flavour concentrates as they are cheap and good quality. I've found them to be a very reliable supplier, too. If you are just dipping your toe in the mixing (as it were) then they stock 100ml bottles of bases which would suit your needs. There are cheaper places to buy from if you need larger quantities. By coincidence, I bought LT's Banana WG concentrate last week and it is nice but insanely strong! I had to dilute the finished mix twice.
All the best
Jono

Karma...GREAT to "see" you....and many thanks to griffon10 and jonoclouds too and for all your warm welcomes. Karma has already suggested LT eCigs to me, so tomorrow....pension day...I'm going to order 2 bottles of PG, 1 of VG and a mixer set.....and off I go !!!! Looking at the LT eCigs, I was trying to work out how much P&P will be. They say.... Royal Mail 1st Class Packet, rates starting at £3.00 Royal Mail 2nd Class Packet, rates starting at £2.60 Do you know if that is £2.60/£3.00 per item? TIA drifter

Greetings chris2005 and Stamina, and thanks for the info about P&P charges, as I thought I was going to have to part with a rather large sum via this , but as you said Stamina, it's for the whole order....which is now waiting to be dispatched and wing it's way to me!

Hi & drifter you are correct! those juices already have the nicotine added in them. I am not sure however how you'll get along without flavouring, I can imagine Banana getting sickly very quickly especially if it's overly sweet. Have you thought about what other flavours you might like to vape? Maybe cherry or raspberry or strawberry? Or even a mint/menthol flavour, I mention these as they are some of the cheaper flavours to buy. Any way good luck on your vaping journey

No, you're not mistaken drifter, if you add 80% of the PG base and 20% of the VG base you will have an 18mg 80/20 unflavoured mix. Are you sure you want unflavoured though? One of my greatest vaping pleasures is discovering a new delicious flavour, take that away and it would be boring to me... each to their own and if you think that's what will work for you, then best of luck to you

Phew....thanks DiscoDes....thought I'd messed up for a minute there!!
The reason that I want to try unflavoured...and I have tried quite a few sweet and tabacco-like flavours....is that having been diagnosed with COPD last October, when I immediately stopped smoking, went on to NRT (yech!) and then vaping after an aquaintence recommended and aquired a kit for me...I've been thinking that using flavourless ejuice might be a step in a healthier direction i.e. one less thing my lungs have to cope with? Does anyone with COPD have anything to advise/add about this?
Hi lairey...my explanation of why I'm after unflavoured is above.

drifter If you vaped a menthol based mix this would help open up your airways - I assume? Just a thought.
