Thanks giles I was surprised as have tried other niotine replacements in the past and they had no effect. What would you say would be better refilling cartomisers or buying replacements? I'd recommend getting replacements. There are people who get along fine with cigarette-sized ecigs, but the cigar-sized give you a much better experience - most would say better taste, easier to match the throat hit to what you want, the batteries last longer between charges & also last longer before they die, and they are easier to refill. And in the long run much cheaper. There are lots of kits about. The evod kit referred to by DiscoDes and Perpetua is a good one, and personally I'd go for that. If the price seems too high for you at this stage then you could get one or two of these. The equipment isn't as good (in my opinion) as the evod, and you will need two batteries - one to use while the other is on charge - but I think you'd find it a great improvement on the nicolites.

Hi jimuk87I've never used nicolites but started on the kit recommended above, it's fantastic value and faff free. I didn't even notice how quickly I'd cut down on smoking until last Friday when my last cig tasted awful and I couldn't finish it. So pleased I started vaping and great friendly advice on this forum!

Welcome jimuk87Nicolites are just about OK. There are questions (in my mind) about the effective delivery of enough nicotine, but you've got to start somewhere. Better these than one infamous brand. They (Nicolites) are £2.30 and only claim to do "20 cigarettes" which is far better than £3.99 and claiming to do 40!! Have a look here.... £1 a refill. allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/34428/review-myepack-power-pcc-starterUltimately, it's cheaper to buy an EGO battery and some clearomisers (clear tanks) and fill yourself. BUT, you can top up the myepack ones. As I like to say. I vape 2ml of liquid a day. Using E-Lites it would cost £1,500 a year. Refilling = £200 a year.

Welcome to the best e-gig forum by far. The advice on here is 100% spot on. I can't give you any better advice than you have already had. I just wanted to say, good luck with getting off the stinkies. You will be surprised how easy it can be, if you are using the right equipment.
