Hi people as the subject says does anyone have a couple of spare 14 gauge blunt needles they want to sell me for recoiling, ive been to all the local chemist and just get funny looks off them and the word no and dont really need 50 of them off ebay. Thanks

Grandad just use a 2mm drill bit or jewellers screwdriver. Much easier to buy and doesn't involve people giving you funny looks

I use cotton ear bud stalks for recoiling or even a nail that is the right diameter (obviously sterilise it first if u going to use one lol)

This is all new to me total newbie to it :-)

I just bought 10 new needles from ebay and blunted them myself using our knife sharpening stone. Took about 2 minutes per needle. Washed and ready for filling, coiling and mixing. needles

grab a set of crochet hooks, couple of quid on ebay and you get a range of diameters to coil around, thats what i use anyway
