iTaste with pen top clip

Hi All

Did I say I'd finished spending except for liquids?

Angie likes the look of the itaste with a pen top clip so that she can put it in her pocket at work.

What a minefield iTaste is  

The pen top is in the iTaste EP myepack.co.uk/kits/innokin-itaste-ep-kit.html but not in myepack.co.uk/kits/itaste-vv-v3-o.html. All the colours  are also not available in both kits.

Now have I got this right:- the iTaste EP uses magnets to connect clearomisers to battery.
                                       the iTaste vv v3 uses a screw on connector.
                                       the pen top will only fit iTaste clearomisers. 
                                       the 10s clearomiser has the coil at the top.
                                       the tidy 10 clearomiser has the coil at the bottom.

Imo i would only be looking at the itaste v3 with the 510 (screw) connection.
It means you can put what ever you want on top of it.

It's only going to be used at work which is 2 nights a week. The pen top is the must have so what goes on top of it has to fit the pen top.

It looks like we'll have to buy both kits to get the pen top and a reliable battery connection. That's assuming all my assumptions are right.

I bought the itaste ep from myepack it's total rubbish don't buy. The itaste vv v3 however is a great buy.

I bought the pen top version from love-vaping: love-vaping.com/35-itaste-vvvw-10s-kit about 5 weeks ago

The vw battery is great - but the pen top itself became unusable about 3 days ago Took it out to use walking across a car park - went to put the top back on a minute later - no "click-on" anymore. I imagine some widget fell out of the top somewhere - couldn't find anything lying about on the ground....

The vv/vw 3.0 battery is great - but don't know if I was just unlucky with the top or they simply don't last!

Sorry - forgot to mention that it has not received heavy use - use my MVP mainly; so I guess the pen top had been out of the house (only time I use it) a dozen times or so..

Thanks Dhansak & Babs great info that means Plan A is abandoned.

Special thanks to Karma as you have provided the solution. Initial reaction was 'Wot no clip". Then Angie suggested a search for pen clips and Amazon sell a Nurse's Pen Clip.

So Large-Epen £6.49 and Pen Clip from Amazon £1.90. Total £8.39

Plan A Total £49.98

Saved £41.59.

Now going to try and get my head around 'tagging'

Not looking for a VV and or VW yet. Trying, unsuccessfully, to find a defence against shinyitis. We only started vaping 8 days ago and found this site 6 days ago.

I think I need to advise the anti virus companies that this site is carrying the shinyitis virus and it's fast acting.

lol smifee - no such thing as defense against shinyitis - specially if you can convince yourselves it's for your and your wife's health - that's one of the excuses I use at least

You are so right about the health aspect. We are both amazed at how easy it has been. Angie had been a smoker for 48 years and I have been an on & off smoker for a similar time with non smoking spells of up to 6 years.

We do have a shinyitis fund though. 4200 fags & 2.5 kilos of tobacco.

I feel a couple of Provaris getting ordered when the stash is sold.
