When should I raise a ticket about parcel whereabouts?

I got my resistance checker today a few days after being in heathrow DC.....

No sign of the drip tips but never mind. It was just a fix for shinyitis

Nemesis look good.. not gad a proper play with them yet.

That's about the timing of mine, shipped to uk 26th, arrived in uk end of last week.... but somehow got here only couple of working days later !

Must of been the creative pricing on the packages....$3.76 and $3.72!... that got it to skip customs!

Sometimes it still says that when it drops through the mailbox.  Don't count n the tracking being updated regularly

Lol my last one was marked £4.44 which isn't really too far off the price of most of their stuff.
