Ok, so I ordered an svd from FT on 9th February, they shipped on 17th, and it left for GB on 23rd. I heard somewhere that there's a time limit for a non-delivered refund so when should I raise a ticket?
My crippled vamo has officially died as of yesterday, I've got one very dodgy ego battery that lasts about 4 hours on a charge, and the posties still not been!

My kayfun was with me today from fasttech, and was shipped on the 14th. That's 19 days to arrive Plus take into account that my kayfun was ordered on the 10th of January? so it better be good so no need to panic yet anythintreet should be with you by saturday/monday ish Fasttech must have had a huge backlog from their last holiday, and long gone are the days of getting it in 12 days. Just order and forget

You have 45 days to raise a paypal dispute, so plenty of time yet.

anythintreet What does the tracking say? It should say when it's arrived on these shores. When it lands in GB it can take 7 days+ to get to you as it may have to go through customs.

Don't want to worry you anythintreet but my last order from ft (6/1/14) took nearly 7 wks from being 'recently dispatched' to arriving. I also had a couple of orders last year that never materialized tho tbf once I raised the issue they issued 'Gift certificates' almost immediately. It might be worth your while investing in another cheap ego or similar from a UK vendor whilst you wait! (If you aren't in a position to do so, pm me your address and I'll send you one to borrow)

That's very kind of you dagl. Back ups are essential really if you're relying on a China delivery . . . I'd be thinking about raising a PayPal dispute 43 days after the date of purchase, a couple of days ahead of the current deadline. You don't have to escalate it to a claim immediately, 9 days I think is the time frame for that. Then hope your delivery reaches you before that.

At 43 days open 'despute' Then within 9 days open 'claim' Cheers perps

The two processes are separate, although linked boyofford . . . it gives both parties the chance to resolve an issue before taking it to an actual claim. In your case hoping obviously that your parcel arrives before needing to escalate it further. As far as I remember ( though I've not had the occasion to raise a dispute in a while ) PP will give you a reminder when that further time expires.
