Thinking of getting a new mod varible wattage. looking at VTR as possible but what else can anyone suggest around same price or maybe a bit more (if worth extra)
is there a list of what clearo's fit VTR and what vapes the best on VTR. does the Aspire Nautilus fit? assume protank 2 fits ?
oh and will Panasonic NCR18650B Protected Rechargeable 3400mAh 3.7V 18650 Lithium Batteries work ok on VTR. (if they ever arrive)
lots of questions i know
any opinions welcome.

I love my VTR but wouldn't take it out and about because it's too heavy. It's my 'home in front of the telly' mod. Not sure about fit of the tanks you've mentioned. I bought an aero tank specifically for the VTR. It looks and works great on it. Have a second aero tank for my vamo too. You can fit any of the smaller tanks on it either directly or with an adaptor.

Pro tanks, novas iclears do but nautilus won't unless you use the adaptor that comes with it but that will give it some height lol

What mod do you use right now clivealive1? Any particular reason you want a VTR/box style mod? If not, how about a Sigelei ZMax?

I love my vtr - but as newdawn says - it's my home or local pub mod - it really gives a good vape and looks great - now probs with the protanks - also the mini one - I just use the adapter - don't have any other sophisticated mods - for out and about I use my mini itastevw - and I am waiting till myepack finaklly has the shiny mvp

Comes as either Mini (18350 only) or telescopic. I have a mini and a telescopic and another telescopic on the slowboat. Comes with either a rounded or flat top - personally, I prefer the flat top look, particularly with bigger atties. I also have an MVP2 and an SVD, but neither gets much use at all.

Hi clivealive1I started vaping very recently and started out with a vv3 and mvp2. I like them both and they are still used but I wanted to get something that I could have a battery ready & charged when the device got low. Also I figured one day both my devices would reach their recharge cycle limit (hopfully not for a long time - don't know what the limit is!) and they would sadly have to be consigned to recycling. So I've just bought a VTR - I love it I bought it from myepack with their efest 18650s (2000mAh I think) and they last quite awhile - usually about 2 days. Sorry - I don't know about the Panasonics - though I was considering those too so will be interested to see what more experienced people have to say. The VTR is a quality piece of kit with only 2 minor cons (as you obviously know already) - the weight and the limits of which tanks can be used in the ring. The weight is not an issue when using it, only possibly when carrying it about. I don't notice it winter weather clothes - it sits in my heavy jacket and I don't notice it. Not sure about summer though - tee shirt and shorts (yes I'm being optimistic here!) - may be too heavy then??? Hmmm. I did spend awhile looking at tanks that fit/don't fit. Initially was looking at any interesting tanks on fastech as they always have dimensions - the diameter must be no greater than 19mm. I found a link to a google doc which listed ones that can be used - I will have a look to see if I can find it again and post a link. My research on this waned after awhile as I am actually happy with the iclear 30s that comes with the VTR. One thing I don't understand is: using the same juice in the same tank at the same wattage - the vtr gives me a better vape than on the mvp or the vv3. Mind you "better" is so fluffy - it may be that I like the new VTR it's all just psychological lol... You mentioned that your MVP isn't holding charge like it used to - how long have you been using it? Right - will try and find that link

iam still looking at the VTR and the sigelei zmax v3 possibly getting VTR from myepack and Zmax or something from fasttech. need one instantly and one can wait for snailspace delivery. (might look for best uk price for zmax too) my mvp is only about 6 months old and used mostly everyday , with some use also going to a vamo inbewteen. love my mvp though gutted its going. off top of head did get about 300 plus puffs originally and last count was 195, but just charged it and reset counter now.
would like link if u still have it
